Grimmtale Studios LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us at tech@grimmtalestudios.com. We do not publish a postal address.
This notice covers our website, the subscriber service at packages.grimmtalestudios.com that provides install links and downloads, and anything you send us on our Discord server, on Patreon or by email.
This site does not set cookies or store anything in your browser. It runs no analytics or advertising scripts and loads no scripts or fonts from anyone else. Any price on this site is the same for every visitor and is not based on anything read from your device. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Patreon, Inc. is the merchant of record. Patreon bills you, collects any tax and holds your card details under its privacy policy. We never see your card details. We can see whether you are a member, which tier you are on and whether your membership is current.
We keep messages you send us on Discord or by email for 24 months so that we can follow up on support requests. We then delete them, unless a complaint or dispute about them is still open. Discord's privacy policy covers how Discord handles your data.
Members must be 18 or over, as Patreon requires. We do not knowingly hold data about anyone younger. If we do, tell us and we will delete it.
Any changes to the notice will be made here first. We also announce any change that matters to you on Patreon and Discord.
