Email tech@grimmtalestudios.com with the subject "Complaint". We acknowledge it within 3 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days. If we cannot, we will say so and say why. Nothing here limits any right you have to take the matter further under the law where you live.
Everything on this site and in our modules is ours unless it says otherwise. If you believe something of ours infringes your work, email us a link to the material and to yours and we will look at it within 3 working days.
The same address takes reports of a mirrored, re-uploaded or shared build of a module. The licence forbids redistribution, and a report lets us revoke the key the build was downloaded with. We host nothing written by other people, so there is no takedown form. An email is enough.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA. The site works without a mouse, follows your light or dark scheme, and respects your reduced-motion setting: the clips on the home page and the module pages start still when it is set, and every clip has a Pause control.

For a bug, tell us the module and its version, your Foundry VTT version and game system, what you did, what happened and what you expected. Any red text in the browser console (press F12) helps more than a screenshot of it.
