Changing a token in Foundry can mean a trip through several windows and menus. GS: Quality of Life puts a token's controls in one right-click menu: hit points, elevation, status effects, movement, disposition and visibility. The menu also carries rows and token HUD buttons from other modules, and the GM chooses which rows everyone sees.
Features
Right-click on a token to open the right-click context menu.
Type a number into the elevation field at the top of the menu to set the token's elevation.
A hit point bar shows temporary HP and any raised or reduced maximum. Type an amount, then press a button to apply damage, healing or temporary HP, or to raise or reduce the maximum.
You can also press Enter in the hit point field instead of a button and provide a raw number, basic + - formula or even a dice roll.
A row of icon buttons applies invisibility, hides the token, moves it to the front or back, locks it and opens "Token settings".
The menu has rows for "Open sheet", "Target", "Enter combat" and "Change movement type" and more.
"Assign status effects" lists the system's conditions with a search box. Click a condition to apply it, click again to remove it, or press "Clear all".
For D&D 5e, there is a heroic inspiration tracker, stacking exhaustion that goes up a level with a left-click and down with a right-click, and a token at 0 HP shows its death saves to mark or roll accordingly.
Buttons from other modules, such as "Inspect" from GS: Interactable Actors and "Spectate" from GS: Spectator, appear in the menu.
In the "Token menu options" window, the GM can decide which buttons are included in the right-click menu.
Using it
Right-click a token on the board to open its menu in place of the token HUD. With several tokens selected, right-click one of them to change every selected token you own.
On a token they do not own, players get "Target" as their only options and any buttons other modules may add.
